This study was conducted at three different dairy-plants, i.e., SSP (Faridabad), TIMUL (Muzzaffarpur) and Milk Plant (Bhatinda) located in Haryana, Bihar arid Punjab. The suggestion apropos continuous khoa-makaing machine (CKMM) were obtained from the respondents at different milk plants. On overall basis, the main suggestions were concerned with the aspect, like inability of the machine to produce brown colour khoa, improvement needed in reheological properties of khoa, pneumatic control system, strong sefety valve, continuous khoa-packaging system, and improvement in shelf-life of khoa, etc. These above-mentioned suggestions/opinion, put forward by the clientele were common among all three milk plants personnel.
