Submission Guidelines
- Manuscript Type: We welcome original research articles, comprehensive review articles, short communications, and impactful case studies.
- Word Limit: Authors are requested to consult the specific journal's author guidelines on the ARCC website for detailed word limits, formatting instructions, and reference styles.
- Submission Portal:Manuscripts must be submitted online through the respective journal's dedicated submission portal.
- Selection for Special Issue: During the online submission process, please carefully select the relevant "Special Issue" option to ensure your manuscript is directed to the correct editorial team.
- Peer Review: All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality and relevance.

- All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Authors are required to clearly indicate in their cover letter that the submission is intended for the“Special Issue”

Responsibilities of a Guest Editor
- Proposing a Special Issue Theme: Collaborating with the ARCC Journals editorial board to define a compelling, original, and timely theme for the Special Issue.
- Developing the Call for Papers: Crafting a clear and comprehensive Call for Papers that attracts relevant high-quality submissions.
- Promoting the Special Issue: Actively disseminating the Call for Papers within your professional networks, relevant conferences, and academic communities.
- Managing Submissions: Overseeing the initial screening of submitted manuscripts to ensure they align with the Special Issue's scope and meet journal standards.
- Coordinating Peer Review: Identifying, inviting, and managing appropriate expert reviewers, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
- Making Recommendations: Evaluating reviewer comments and making informed editorial recommendations to the Editor-in-Chief regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection.
