Correlation co-efficient, step down regression analysis and path analysis were used to predict both the contribution and direct & indirect influence of independent variables to job performance of supervisors. Correlation co-efficient showed that the variables persistence disposition, job satisfaction and knowledge were positively correlated to job performance of supervisors. Step down regression analysis revealed that the job performance of ICDS supervisors was mostly influenced by three factors namely persistence disposition, job satisfaction ahd knowledge.
