The study was conducted in the purposively selected Intensive Cattle Development Project (ICDP) of Karnal district of Haryana State with a sample size of 37 Veterinary Livestock Development Assistants from 100 ICDP units. The above study revealed that the number of villages under jurisdiction of VLDAs, artificial insemination, pregnancy diagnosis, H.S Vaccination, treatment of animals, dehorning of calves and calf born were highly correlated with the record performance in the area of breeding and healthcare. In the area of management, the record performance was significantly and positively correlated with the variables Dke treatment. deworming, dehorning, castration and calf born.
