The present study was conduced in Jaipur and Dausa district in operational area of Rajasthan Cooperative Dairy Federation. There were 60 management committee members and 12 union of ficials were selected by simple random sampling technique for the purpose of investigation. The findings of the study revealed that delay in payment, lack of co-operation and coordination among union of ficials and members and timely availability of veterinary services were the most important constraints perceived by the management committee members. Whereas, inadequate staff at field level and vast area of jurisdiction under a single supervisor and inadequate infrastructural facilities in veterinary hospital and AI centres were the important cons~raints that were perceived by of ficials.
