Aspergillus parasiticus (WS) produced maximum amount of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2, at 30°C in 7 days at pH 5.5 when grown in shaker. The growth medium containing mannose showed maximum production of aflatoxin followed by maltose, glucose, fructose, arabinose and sucrose in the decreasing order.
