ATIC is newly created unique facility and shall endeavor, the sale of seeds, plants, processed
product , bio- fertilizers. ATIC (Agriculture Technology Information Centre) helps farmers, farm
women in problems solving and decision making. Present study is an attempt to assess the information
needs of female visitors, which revealed that house hold enterprise was the most preferred area by
female visitors. Machine embroidery and knitting was also the subject preferred by female visitors.
In the field of nutrition, respondents had shown their interest in fruit and vegetable processing. Care
during pregnancy, Balwadi management were the subjects enquired by female visitors.
