The IJAR, the flagship print journal of ARCC is a peer reviewed/Refereed journal, it is a bi-monthly journal published without any break since 1966. The overall aim of the journal is to promote the professional development of its readers, researchers and scientists around the world. Indian Journal of Agricultural Research is peer-reviewed journal and has gained recognition for its high standard in the academic world. It publishes original research articles by eminent scientists on all aspects of plant and soil science. The aim of the journal is to provide a forum for the scientific community to publish their research findings and also to open new vistas for further research. The journal is being covered under international indexing and abstracting services.
To build a more knowledgeable structure and filling the gap between research and communication ARCC provide Open Access of all journals which help out and empower the research community in all the ways which is accessible to all.
All manuscripts are published under Gold Open Access which are freely accessed to the full text immediately on publication under a Creative Commons Attribution licence. While submitting the manuscript, authors sign a license agreement granting ARCC exclusive rights to use and authorize use of their work. The authors retain copyright as well as rights to make certain uses of the work, which are described in detail in the form. Authors should read this information sheet before signing the agreement.
Everyone can download and get unlimited access to the full text of the manuscript published in ARCC journals for free. Published material is free to re-use if the proper accreditation/citation of the original publication is given.
Mostly user do not need to seek permission from ARCC for reuse. The copyright of most articles remains with the authors, who have chosen to make the articles available for reuse under an open license, such as the Creative Commons Attribution License. These licenses permit reuse and adaptation, as long as the original work is cited.
