Field experiments were conducted to study the effect of Rhizobium (PAU G-33 strain) and Captaf (@ 3 g/kg of seed) in chickpea variety GL 769 from rabl 1991–92 to 1994–95. Various observations like nodule number, nodule biomass were recorded at 55 DAS, while grain yield was recorded at harvesting of crop. Effect of fungicide on legume -Rhizobium symbiosis revealed that yield and yield attributing characters were not affected by its application.
