The effect of seed treatments on germination of field bean {Lablab purpureus (L) sweet} variety (HA-3) indicated that neem oil and malathion treatments maintained high germination percentage compared to untreated control and castor oil treatments even after 240 days of storage. The abnormal seedling percentage was high among seed treatments in all the months of storage. However, the dead and hard seed percentage were also highest among the treatments during storage..
