Cite article:- Singh1 Ram, Bishnoi2 K. D., Godara3 A.S. (2024). ECONOMICS OF RAIN-FED GRAM (CICER ARIETINUM L.) IN RAJASTHAN. Legume Research. 33(1): 58 - 60,. doi: .
The study was conducted in Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan covering Bhadra and Nohar
block with 120 farmers from six selected villages. It was concluded that the large farm was more
economical and feasible for rain fed gram production. Large farmer was more capable to utilize the
available resources with less cost and could produce more gram (Cicer arietinum L.). Government
should further facilitate the better package of practices of rain fed gram production and training
programme on gram production technology for small and medium farmers. Extension services should
be strengthened to disseminate the benefits and farm planning for better utilization of the available
resources on the particular farm
