Present research experiment was conducted in two consecutive kharif season of 2014 & 2015 at the field of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Raisen (M.P.) with four planting distance of transplanted pigeonpea variety TJT-501 in completely randomized block design. On the basis of two years result it was found that the three transplanting distance of 90 x 30 cm, 90 x 60 cm and 90 x 90 cm produced maximum yield and gave higher net return as well as highest B:C ratio in comparison to dibbling on 90 x 20 cm.
