ABSTRACT
The present investigation was undertaken to study the effect of season on quality and freezability of Tharparkar bull semen. A total of 60 semen ejaculates (30 winter and 30 summer) of Tharparkar bulls were collected. Physico-morphological characteristics of semen viz. volume (ml), mass activity (0-5 scale), progressive motility (%), sperm concentration (million/ml), sperm livability (%), HOST (%), sperm abnormal morphology (%) and acrosomal integrity (%) were estimated at different stage in the different seasons. The volume of ejaculate was significantly (preezability in Tharparkar bull semen.
