PREDICTION EQUATIONS FOR SEMEN VOLUME, MASS MOTILITY AND FERTILITY OF HARIANA BULLS

Data pertaining to semen volume, mass motility and fertility of 8 Hariana bulls were subjected to analysis to predict these traits at different points of age of bulls. Three type of algebric models viz. Linear (LR), Log-linear (LL) and Exponential (E) were used for developing equations. LR and LL were found best fit for predicting semen volume, LL for mass motility and LR and E were found best fit for fertility.
