Twenty four Osmanabadi weaned kids of similar age and body weights were randomly allotted
to six housing patterns. All the kids were maintained on a common feeding regime. Values of heart
beats under three types of floor ventilation and two types of roofs during each month revealed
significant (P0.05) differeces during first five months, whereas non-significant differences were
observed during August, September and October. The monthly values of respiration rate under
different types of floor ventilation and roofs during each months revealed significant (P
