Allelopathic effects of seven obnoxious weeds viz. Parthenium, Blumea; Lantana, Calotropis, Ipomoea, Daturaand Cynodon on germination and seedling vigour of wheat var. Sujata were investigated. Different extracts produced significant allelopathic effects on germination and seedling vigour of wheat. Parthenium leaf extract was identified as most harmful extract.
