Cite article:- Jayalakshmi V., Narendra B., Haritha S. (2024). DIVERSIFICATION OF SUNFLOWER INBREDS FOR SEED YIELD, OIL CONTENT AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES. Agricultural Science Digest. 21(2): 133 - 134. doi: .
Inbreds, RGP240, RGP18-4, RGP 307, RGP 81-1, RGP 515-3 and RGP 257 were found to be promising for seed yield and oil content. These inbreds may be utilized in the development of new cytoplasmic genetic male sterile lines or restorer lines for their future use in heterosis breeding programmes after evaluating their combining ability.
