Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) Berliner (Delfin) when fed at sub-lethal doses to larave of diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella (L.) showed effects like prolonged larval and pupal period, reduced larval and pupal weight, reduction in pupation and adult emergence. Bt treatments of the adults resulted in malformation, reduction in longevity, fecundity and egg hatch.
