A study was undertaken to evaluate the suitability of wheat under late sown conditions in wheat during rabi season-2005-06. The results revealed that, the early sowing (8th November) of wheat crop gave significantly more grain yield than late sowing (20th December). The genotype GW-322 produced significantly more grain yield than all other genotypes.
