Fourteen sunflower (Helianthus annus L.) hybrids with two checks were assessed for stability
during 2004 and 2005 and in 2005 season for seed yield. Variance due to hybrids, environments
and G x E interaction were found significant. The hybrids KSFH 401, 402 and 446 were found to
be below average stability, whereas the hybrid KSFH 434 showed stable performance for seed
yield.
