Abstract

Development of micro propagation protocol for sugarcane has been reviewed under the topics viz., tissue culture in sugarcane, micropropagation, establishment of in vitro culture, phenol problem, propagule multiplication, root development, acclimatization, field transfer and evaluation, establishment of micropropagation protocol and tissue culture for sugarcane improvement.
